reStructuredText syntax guide for Pelican

While creating this WEB site, based on Pelican, I had hard time finding syntax rules needed to format page content.

On the WEB, one can find lot of pages speaking about reStructuredText. But no detailed documentation suited to Pelican...

To find the information, I searched which Python library manages .rst files in Pelican : This is docutils

From then, I found the precious Quick reStructuredText guide easily.
